Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All payment accounts used for transactions on za77 must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Conditions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, za77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the za77 platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures — whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether za77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall za77's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the platform exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your za77 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination and Suspension

za77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other policy published on za77.
• za77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct in connection with your use of the platform.

Upon termination of your account, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited funds (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no legal hold is in place. za77 will not be obligated to return any bonus funds, bonus winnings, or funds associated with accounts found to have breached these Terms & Conditions.
